Good morning all...Loks like another very sunny day here in France..So quiet here. Just the sound of a cockerel and the bird morning chorus. So relaxing. Have a good week all.

Good Morning Everyone, sat in my office eating porridge, all is quiet but it's bladdy awful weather out there, so you'll need to put on a coat.

Weren't they an 80's band? Dance Hall Days, Everybody have fun tonight and Let's go?

Some of their finest output right there :)

Morning,

Overslept this morning. Almost on holiday mode already. Shame I've got a week left before it starts. So 4 days in the office and another WFH.

Have a great day all

Just seen that on the BBC News from Albert Docks, which team of 12 are they in? What an adventure, can't imagine more that 50% will make it past the first week but hope I'm proved wrong.
It was really good fun seeing them all off - a great atmosphere there. It was just a shame the winds were so light. In fact, they still are now they're in the Irish sea. The fastest boat is currently Visit Seattle (which is my friend's boat) and they're under 4kn. Some are under 1kn!
On the making it past the first week - well they don't have a choice as there's no land for about 5 weeks when they arrive in Uraguay! They've all spent at least one week at sea as part of their training.
Frankly, I'm in awe of the lot of them!

Morning everyone!
In the office for the last day before I'm on holiday at the end of the week. Other days this week involve a bit of travelling around the UK.
HapPea Monday!

Morning.

Miserable wet day down here...must be a Bank Holiday due?

Supposed to be off this week as its 'my turn looking after the kids' but wifey is off today so have sneaked into work as its gone mental at the mo.

Off camping and Bird World on Wednesday with them plus have to buy my eldests 18th Birthday (Yes Sparts, you have less than 2 weeks!) so am going to get fleeced this week.

Morning all. Office bound for all this week. Hopefully it will be busier than last week.

It's the same every year in August, everyone is on holiday and not much gets done.
I say to Alex every year that we need to go away in August, yet every year we go away in June or July.
Next year will be different! (although as mentioned, I say that every year!).

Good morning, you lot!
Conference calls from home and then off to a local customer before heading back to the office for a couple of hours to tie some things up.
HapPea Tuesday!

Have fun all...

Happy Birthday Doohickey!

Just been out to buy a carton of 4mm 309 stainless/dissimilar rods, 50 x 125mm thin stainless cutting disks and a specialised stainless saw (14") for my chop saw; that was an easy way to spend £300!

Fog-headed ****-wit here. Been swamped lately, partly with a head full of shite, partly with trying to concentrate on work (or anything at all) and partly because I find myself on an unexpected few days in Bath and Bristol visiting Crud major who seems to have moved down this way.

Anyway, I hope all are well. Right, back to catching up.
