Early start to get into London before the crush, it’s raining which makes travel on public transport even worse than usual.
Breakfast meeting ahead of Board meeting so a full on day.
Need to try and resist a glass of wine on my way home

Morning all, more kitchen today, need to finish the floor today so the plasterer can complete the other end of the room. Collecting the new kitchen tomorrow!

Have fun all…
You don't mess about, fella! Good work. Do you have a rough date when you'll move into the new place?

Morning, all. Raining, but only apparently until midday. The decorator's due today but he's not the most reliable at turning up, so let's see what happens. He was due yesterday, too. The good thing is, he's pretty quick and plenty good enough. Otherwise, just that work thing. To kick off the day, a three-hour workshop. Same as yesterday. And the day before.

Great roads for the Porsche Phil.
Would be Andy but I didn't get her finished due to being supplied with one wrong part :(
We're using Ms French's 500 Twinair and all of its 105 BHP and it's a hoot.
Our plan is to move this way for retirement hence 3 weeks here now.
We will stay during the Winter too to make our minds up but so far it's a done deal.

Good morning everyone, work today after a ridiculously long time off (leave) . No doubt a lot of e-mithers to delete immediately ( if it's important they'll chase me) and other stuff to catch up on, going to be a fun day.

Sounds like a very good plan Phil. Hope it is perfect for your retirement. Looks lovely by the way looking at your post on FB.

Morning, all...five day weekend ahead, if I can make it through the day. Wall-to-wall meetings starting shortly, and all In the Physical Realm as it were. Hot + sunny = Spyder, methinks.

Well, at last, for those that can remember I have one, I’ve finally got the Chevette running like a Swiss watch. Just the interior to put in now so it should be back on the road in the very near future. I’ll post up some pics when it’s finished.

A very good morning to all.

Working from home today and the reason for this is that we have a three day music festival thingy at Chepstow Racecourse which is just around the corner from me and they and shutting roads around my house and making it one way so it will be a bloody nightmare to get anywhere.

Today is Lionel Richie and the Sugababes and if the Coronation was anything to go by Lionel Richtea will be bloody awful so must remember to shut all the windows so we can’t hear him.
Tomorrow should have been Lewis Capaldi but clearly that has been cancelled after Glastonbury and Sunday is George Ezra. Good news is tomorrow we are off to London to see Def Leppard and Motley Crue so not around to see the carnage in our little town.

Morning all, leaving the plasterer to it this morning as I have a couple of inspections to do, one in Essex and one in Kent. Later I’m collecting the new kitchen from Howdens.

Have fun all…
