I have no idea what this means. I mean, I understand all the words individually, just not the order in which they have been used!

A giant raccoon...as in upwards of 30 lbs...has been getting in to the chickens through the owl netting. We relocated the layers and put a rooster in the coop that the raccoon had been entering...the rooster fought and lost.

OK that seems un-feasibly large, but we'll go with it

has been getting in to the chickens through the owl netting

The *what*?! See, already I'm lost :)

We relocated the layers and put a rooster in the coop that the raccoon had been entering...the rooster fought and lost.

Well, TBF if you wanted to sell me a 30lb rooster, I'd need a new oven....

Morning all and do take care and good luck.
Chilling here but a bit peeved to find that the builders haven't started yet which is disappointing after all the planning and everything has to be finished for December to get the grant money from the Government.
Still the glass is half full :)

Morning all, got the dead van to the road outside the local garage at 01.40 so going to have a lazier day today than expected. Laying the flooring and starting the fit out.

Good luck with that. fella.

Morning, all. That's a DIY-tastic weekend done. Now I need to do the work to earn the money to pay for the bum-clenchingly pricey shite needed to do DIY stuff.

Morning...! Think my neighbor took out the raccoon last night. WFH ahead of Independence Day holiday tomorrow. Continued heat indexes over 104F today but storms in forecast. More time on the tractor planned...

It is the one I picked the boat engine up on, it was made from a compressor but by someone in Kent to carry an IPC for window cleaning.
You picked the compressor up from me as well from memory , good to know its still going strong

Yep prices gone through the roof mate , almost to the ridiculous
Just paid £2880 for some porcelain slabs, that 18 months ago I could have bought for £1350 including the grout when i first considered getting the patio done , could kick myself i didnt go ahead with it first time round
