Infuriating Phil!

Morning all, inspection to do in Highgate today, going to test the van collecting the new tyre and getting another puncture fixed! If it works I’ll chance it to Highgate, if not I’ll take the Alfa.

Have fun all…

Good morning back at home and not a happy chap.
We have the Aunt in hospital to deal with and in two weeks after on my part completely emptying the house the plumber and electrician have been and ripped everything out but the builder has done nothing at all.
What annoys me is if I say I'm doing something I do it.
We will see how the week unfolds.
Sounds like they are British - you have to pick them up and move them like wheelbarrows.

Well the screw in the tyre wasn't a puncture so sort of makes up for the replacement I was collecting on the van. Also I seem to have fixed the van as it reliably got me to everywhere today (amazing what a new filter will actually do!). Just arranged for the front of the house to be scaffolded so I can replace the flat roof on mine and next doors bay window! Another job I'd been putting off. To be fair I only laid a single layer of felt over it with my neighbour about 30-years ago! Can't complain it has lasted this long. On the plus side, the house should be presentable in a week or so for photos and viewings!

Good Morning Andy and Chris, and those joining after, in work, yet another viewing tonight. Which is good, I had an offer on my house who must have openly spent 8 minutes viewing it, no second viewing but thanks to our wonderful scaremonger press it was stupidly low, I refused, they came back with 5k more, so rather than feeding the troll, I'm leaving them hanging....

Morning everyone the builders are here lots of noise and dust.
A big roll on roll of lorry bed arrived yesterday afternoon so expecting some progress today.
Have a nice day all 28° for us today which is a lot nicer than the mid 30's.

Morning all, to the yard to clear the van and pack it for the next couple of weeks. Localish jobs today.

Have fun all…

The man with a to-do list that would make the rest of us weep still makes time for his neighbour. You're a gift from the heavens, Newton!

Morning, all...work from work. First meeting at 7:30, last one starts at 6p with no defined end (board). Sunny and not quite as hot, but need to keep my hair nice...so, Coupe. Maybe Spyder tomorrow.

Morning. First in? Oh well

That Leeds this morning. Hit the road very shortly, after I neck my coffee.

Have a good one, all
