Morning everyone!

Recovering from the mud of Wickham festival today. The washing machine is having a workout! We discovered some great new music too. Highlights were:
"Track Dogs", an Irish group based in Madrid doing a fusion of folk and latin rock with a most excellent trumpeter,
"Olllum", who have apparently taken Ireland by storm for the last decade and are only recently getting known elsewhere. Another folky number, with incredible groove in baffling time signatures and a lot of impressive rhythmic modulation, and
"Skerryvore", a Scottish rock group who were VERY loud! They mix rock with fiddle, flutes, lute and bagpipes, and even the bagpipes need amplifying to be heard!

Back to working with a bump, but some house viewings are getting booked in for Skye's house. That, with mine now exchanged should mean we can think about serious offers in Poole.

HapPea Monday! xXx
The Olllam have been around for a bit here but really started to get listened too from 2021, pretty good but like most Irish folk bands they get a bit gamey after a while. Go into any bar on the west coast and you will find similar local bands playing "Trad" as they call it here great to listen too as you down the odd pint or two.

Good morning Phil, good morning all. Not much else to say apart from it is still raining and my garden is looking like a meadow.

Morning. Not looking too bad here. That London today. Need to visit a storage unit to find out what we're spending money storing. Go figure.

Have a good one, all

I get that Chris, easy to get suckered into.

Predecessor signed up when they downsized just before the pandemic. Digging around it's costing us about 12k. We've got a load of stuff in Surbiton as well, desks, chairs, boardroom table and so on. Never be used again, but somehow I volunteered to work out what the **** to do :D

Sounds like Chateau Chat will soon be home to some lovely new swivel chairs.

Morning, all. Stuff today, and also expecting some nonsense.

Morning, all...if an annual number, that's quite a bargain for storage, Chris..you may want to consider subletting it as a flat. Another torrential storm blew through overnight, but today is supposed to be sunny. Not that I'll see much of it...evening culminates in a board meeting. And there will be Nonsense.

Ahh that may well be extremely useful. I didn't make it to Safestore today due to me misreading my calendar.

Apparently it's actually November.....
