There's always been a lot of love for Lotus among the Maser community. So that made me wonder, what's your Lotus position?

I've been pleasantly surprised to see that there's a lot of enthusiasm for Lotus on here. I'm on my second Exige.
My first was an S2 190 Sport, currently have an Exige S V6 (supercharged) with Race mode - great cars.

Since Caterham bought the licence for Lotus 7 production in 1973, that's 46 years out of date, so a little unfair.

As a question tho - are Lotii all fibre glass, never lived the feel of it, had a Citroen BX with a fibre glass bonnet - always felt wobbly. Did they do aluminium etc?

I've really no idea....

Ali extruded tub, etc with fibreglass body.

My love of Lotus started well before my love of Maserati. Would love an Evora 410. It's a beast of a car.....

Shared many time but some pics of mine from the past. The only one I don't seem to have a picture of is a Yellow S2 Elise race tech.

Had a fab trip to Spa one year in my mate’s Evora company car. One of the few cars that feel really special, although most of the cars I find as special are a bit **** in some way.
