I gave up helping my kids with their junior shook homework as the questions were so poorly written and could be misunderstood.
Perhaps they Were being prepared for a career in politics?Agreed. I even went to see the headteacher to complain about the standards when my youngest was at school. Poor grammer, ambiguous questoions and in some cases, information that was plain wrong.
My favourite example of this was going into school and asking the teacher to explain to my son correctly why his magnet did not stick to an aluminium can when she had told the class of 10 year olds that magnets stick to metal
