and tbh i find that the Biggest embarrassment when i am in other countries, the English (sorry the British) seem to lack even the basics when dealing with other cultures

Right guys thoughts please on the above if it was just me I would be gone but I have family to consider. Was in Brittany for a week and travelled 1300 miles no traffic and good roads heaven realy. But why so many Brita coming back and some people been trying to sell for several years. Value for money seems amazing property wise and land is cheap. Thoughts much appreciated. Phil.
