Makes sense for a turbo car.10-60 for 3200 if memory correct.
It was the direction from Maserati for Oceania Peter.I thought NZ had a similar climate to the UK?!?...
Is it so different the UK, and if not qhy the difference in spec?
Certainly can get cold in central N Island and down on S Island. It rarely freezes in NZ, well in Auckland anyway. It might in the south island or in remote parts.
Direction? Ah, being Southern Hemisphere, they must mean the oil goes round the engine the other wayIt was the direction from Maserati for Oceania Peter.
Shell Ultra Helix is approved too for the 3200 GT. You can just search your specific model car and it will tell you the recommended shell oil. Shell is partner with Maserati and Ferrari so its definitely the right oil. The other good one I would say is the Castrol Edge Titanium which might be even a little better.oil for 3200 and 4200 are quite different. 3200 oil get s a lot hotter than 4200, because it cools the turbos, and I think the viscosity makes a huge difference. I use Selenia racing as listed above there are many places that sell it, try E-bay. I have tried Shell Helix but went back to Selenia as its the only one listed by Maserati. I would not mess around with oil, these cars have enough unwanted problems with out creating uneccessary ones.
