I used it on my old GTV to cover in the odd scratch and fade...It works...Just don't put too much on. And don't buff up too much as it will go too shiny.........

I use shoe polish on my leather bag, after some time it turns into a very strong smell. I dont recommend using that in car.

Never had the smell thing to be honest. I wouldn't recommend using it all over we are just talking very small scratches and very, very small areas.

I got some black leather care cream, the leather absorbs it and it blackens any scuffs etc

www.liquidleather.com do some scuff master stuff which is a dye that penetrates into the leather (rather than a surface paint/filler) and doesn't fall out/crack/mark clothes etc and is designed for just such jobs. I've used it on Alfa's and a teeny bit on my Maser and it's awesome!

Buy this, black only comes in one colour, for others, you have to send up a sample for them to match. I have the codes for tan and red burgandy (4200 not the later Rosso Coral in the GT/S)

http://www.woolies-trim.co.uk/c-117-leather-renovation.aspx

Get the kit with the cleaner and the sealer, best £41 you will ever spend and you can rub it in with a sponge or if you want to do it properly, get one of these:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Air-Brush...Crafts_DrawingSupplies_EH&hash=item35c910e8d1

You can buy cans of air too if you dont have a compressor:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BADGER-50...ails_Manicure_Pedicure_CA&hash=item3380ce3cf6

You will be amazed just how good worn bolsters come up....like new!

Hi Mat,
Back from trip to Europe. I saw this post and the "Burgandy" you mentioned is it the same for "our" GS?
If so could you give me the Codes. I need to do the Drivers bolster as you enter the car. The rest is perfect.

Nice one, Matt. I need some of this for my E30. Cream leather is not easy to keep in spotless condition!

I've used the gliptone product scuff master and it really is very good indeed. I had a few little marks on my blu scuro leather and its brought the whole interior up like new.

I sent away two swatches; one for the upper dash (grey) and one for the seats (blu) and has both colours back in 2 days!

I sponged mine on as I didn't want to take out seats but you really can't see any marks at all.

Matt, can you re-link the airbrush? Seems have morphed into a regulator, and I'm interested in doing my seats.
