Love it, my ideal colour combo......if I wasn't already accounted for I'd snap it up at that price.

Car now sold via the forum.
Someone got an absolute bargain methinks.

Hope to be back within the Maserati fold within 18 months...!

Guilty.

I now have two Gransports.

When I started looking, I wanted a Blu Nettuno car but couldn't find one so I bought Loz's lovely car. When Paul's came up at a decent price, I went for it on a total whim! Collected it yesterday and drove the 400 or so miles back up to Scotland and I've got it in with me to work this morning too. First impressions are that it's a very different animal to my other one. It's standard so far more civilised and usable every day. Smoother, quieter and certainly better in traffic (there was lots of that on the M6 yesterday). The Skyhook and regular PIS settings make it feel quite different - the silver car is non-skyhook (I think!) and has aggressive gearbox settings. I've noticed already that Sport mode really crashes over potholes which I guess is a Skyhook thing.

Paul was very honest and upfront and kept the price real too. There are some small cosmetic jobs to attend to with a couple of parking marks and wheels that need refurbing. It's lucky they do actually as I smacked the kerb at Heathrow car park yesterday!

Really, i've no idea what I'm going to do with it. The first plan was to pull the Larinis and AP Brakes etc off the silver car and end up with the spec/colour that I want but i'm not rushing into that. I'll send the new car for service and cosmetic work and then just take it from there.

Most likely I'll look to sell one of them at some point but for now, i'm just going to enjoy!

That's what I thought when I bought it. I'm actually not sure which is fairly dumb. Definitely feels different from both the new car and my old 3200 which had the actuators. Both have a weightier steering feel and crashy suspension when in sport mode. I'm probably dreaming it though!

Well you have a sport button. You could try the actuator motor check, feeling for the motors turning on ignition

Glad it went to someone on the forum, not least because it stops me continually checking my bank account to see if I had enough. I never did :0036:
Hope you enjoy it!

From what I recall of the drifting day, surely donuts only burn your tyres? I can't remember riding the clutch in the MX5
