That's a cracking car for the money.

Mind you stuff 15k miles on it and it will be a struggle to sell.

If a straight car that's a great buy....64k is sod all on the clock.....Cars with 80/90k on the clock have been up for that money so I don't think you would loose much over a year or two...buy for 1900/19500 and sell for 18000 in a few years with 10/15k more on the clock maybe...

Buy it for £19k, keep it for 5 years/25k miles and if you sell it for £14k you've only lost £5k. Thats not a lot in real terms and I reckon you'd have a queue wanting to buy a GS at £14k.

Agree it looks good in the photos...But private sale and needing the big 64k servce...so thats £1500 to add on an poss warranty for the next year at the same rate...now almost £23k.

Always surprising how often the car is sold needing a service...kinda' negates his comment 'maintained regardless of cost'.

This has been up for sale for over a year on and off now at a similar price. I'm surprised it hasn't been snapped up.

Good negotiating point Peter. Why not bid at £18.5k given the history and that jamhot has seen it for sale for a while. Utter bargain at that money.

Factor in a clutch too and its close to £25k...so it all depends on the inspection, as always, to confirm its a bargain

Not wanting to steal the thunder here... but...

I'm selling my GS and used that advert as a benchmark.
I was under the impression I'd be able to get far more, but I need a quick-ish sale.
I've been brave (stupid?!?) and taken the advice of the guy who is sorting out my new car and put my GS on for £19k hoping it will sell quickly.

Having bought via the forum I'd want to sell via the forum to an enthusiast.

I'm open to answer all questions if any of you would "snap it up" at that sort of price.

Just been looking at your car on Pistonheads, I'd be shocked if that isn't snapped up over the weekend and on a dealers forecourt next week for £25k

Paul, someone should snap it up at that price....If you want to put it it the Maserati for sale thats not a problem..We do not restrict sales as it may be something a member is looking for.
