I've done it! I've just walked through the door after driving back from London with my first ever Maserati Granturismo bought from Nuvola! What a great chap Nareman is and what a great set up. Love the clandestine feel of it all. I'm absolutely stoked. Now having a glass of whatever I can lay my hands on to calm myself down.

I wanted to say a huge thanks to those members that helped answer my sometimes daft questions but I got there and couldn't have done it without you. Thanks a ton.

All the best,
Tim

Good effort! I hope you stay that stoked for a very long time. I know what you're saying about Nareman's setup at Westfield, and doesn't it just help you get hooked on a Maserati very quickly when you have that sound reverberating everywhere?

Now, you know the drill... Your own pictures, please!

Stevie, the Westfield setup made it. Felt exclusive, asking for the under counter stuff. I'm not one for soulless showrooms with sales people who dont represent the brand theyre just there by association. Nareman was a good guy and he's been patient with a barrage of questions.

As soon as he turned that key all **** broke loose down there. Brilliant.

Will get the pics off the phone and get them uploaded.

Proud day.

Good man, Tim! I agree what you say about the clandestine Nuvola setup. It does feel a bit special - almost like a speakeasy during prohibition. :)

I'd wish you luck with the car but Nareman's such a gent it doesn't seem necessary. Just enjoy it!

Thanks a mill Matt. What a drive back to Yorkshire and what a car! People taking snaps on the motorway too, brilliant.

"Creeping" back up our street at 11pm was interesting. Like a clumsy teenager trying to creep back into the house with the parents hearing. The noise! Awesome

Speakeasy is exactly it, got it in one. Being slightly nervous about the prospect of having to hand over all that cash and to deal with a car salesman, Nareman dispelled any preconceptions. Clinical, helpful and patient. All 'round great experience

Forgot to say Matt, thanks again for the pics of the red interiors that helped make my mind up. She's kitted out with Bordeaux and it's stunning

Nice to see another Yorkie Masser.

I can testify to the stupid grin. Still have it. It's even convinced me to arrange a 2000 mile round trip to visit the office in Nice and then on to Modena.

Well done, it does look very nice.

It certainly is an exciting time when you collect from Nuvola, I remember that day very fondly. I was speaking to Nareman last week and he said he was busy preparing some Granturismos for their new owners so I guess you were one of them - enjoy!

Stupid grin is GO! Every time the right foot goes down (and the fuel gauge) I actually laugh out loud. Funny as owt as we say up here. Makes being a grown up fun again!

Just got back from being out in it again.

Good to see more Yorkshire representation on the Maserati front. There's a few of us going to the Italian Car and Bike Show at Newby a week on Sunday if you are able. Thread here:

http://www.sportsmaserati.com/showt...r-and-motorcycle-event-5-June?highlight=newby

Otherwise get registered with www.leedssupercarmeet.co.uk for regular run outs.

Look forward to catching up soon.

thanks for your help previously David, appreciated. I've just registered for the Leeds Super car Meet. I think we're away for the Newby meet, waiting for the boss to confirm.

All the best, Tim

Congratulations, you wont go wrong with Nareman, my MC shift is from Nuvola last Year and although ive had a few issues, he has dealt with them all perfectly.
