Hi, I imagine that some of our members are also into designing and making stuff. Might be wrong of course.

is there any interest in developing this thread to share ideas and stories or examples of our accomplishments? I like the idea of open-source sharing sites like thingiverse. I’m also keen to hear what machines people have and to see if we can help each other out.

Home made fuel cell...

Did think of making a micro nuclear generator when I was in the RAF but my Warrant Officer thought I was barking...he was right. I did the calcs and there was no way of making it work in such a small scale. Now Rolls Royce are doing it 30 years later...
