white blue and black screen on new AuCar Gen 10.5" Tesla Screen

Hi, need help if anyone has any clue as to what's wrong here. i had recently installed both the new cluster and tesla style screen on my maserati gts and its been just under 2 months of usage. was about to head out today and noticed this on my screen (pics attached), tried turning key on and off again just to make sure it wasnt a random thing. no matter what i do, it will only show up as shown (blue/white screen). Hoping to hear from Robin for any advice also. thanks in advance

Use WhatsApp as they translate on there.

Try disconnecting the battery, leave it for a bit then reconnect

thanks, i have contacted eric. he has sent me a file to try out
