Window switch

One of the springs in my window switch has broken. :-/ The switch still works.

I've found (via searches here) that you can apparently only replace the whole unit and not individual switches. :-/

Anyone had this problem and solved it without replacing the whole unit?

The switches are available from most electronic suppliers it seems. Like Maplins. A certain amount of ingenuity may be required to add the new to the old unit, but it shouldn't be that hard.
