Windscreen reflection - It’s annoying.

I absolutely love my GS and plan on keeping it for some time. One really annoying aspect of it though, is the reflection in the windscreen of the dash. It has a cream interior and thus a cream dash. The reflection in the windscreen really spoils the car, particularly on sunny days or at night. Does anyone else have this problem and have you found a solution?

I had the same and leaned to live with it. Did see some with a black towel on the dashtop

I don't understand how silly the first owner was having a cream dash top. It could have been specified black.
I'd have it recovered black.

Yes, that is what I am considering. It’s got tech cloth as well, which I’m not a huge fan off. So I was planning on replacing the tech cloth with black alcantara and doing the top dash too.

I dyed the ivory dash on my 03 spyder black, then did the same with the blue dash on my coupe. I recall reading on one of the Ferrari forums that keeping the alcantara free of dust and lint is difficult.

I spoke to someone at Auto Italia a few years ago who had their dash recovered in alcantara to stop the glare.
it looked very nice as well.

That's lovely.

I want to get a few bits sorted on my interior and a full respray if the car will take a break from needing big mechanical overhauls.
Cheers Shoghi
You're car is going to be like new when you've finished with it!
