Just drove back from the delightful Basildon after new ZF fluid in the box. Like a new box. Silky smooth shifts, and subjectively faster as well.
Not a cheap hobby mind but should take me a few years to get another 50k on it

One thing I'm fairly knowledgeable on is automotive mechanics Chris and glad you've had it done.
