Ok got all this sorted today and I'm grateful to this thread as its helped me no end..
I spoke to my CCTV and ICE installer who has spoken to Maserati Electricians and also NavTv and some Camera companies today. Hopefully in the next month I'm having front and rear cameras installed along with a BlackView Cloud based 650s Dual Channel Dashcam with live feed and possibly a Stinger VIP.. We have looked at over 10 different camera combinations and have realised that the screen (confirmed by Maserati) cannot display true HD so its pointless getting a HD camera installed as although it may receive the image it wont display it. Once I have it all done ill post my findings and costs to do.
