Looks like we are definitely in for this, starting to save now..!! We had better forward book hotels and see if we can get a good rate, otherwise no rooms at the inns..??

1. Miles and Linda. - Gransport MCV. Absolutely intending to go.
2. Mr.Cambio + ? - 4200 coupe, depends on forum plans
3. EnzoMC +? - Gransport
4. Newton + Dem - 03 4200
5. Drew + Susie - QP5
6. Catman + Mrs Catman - 4200 Moderate to high
7. AdamN + ? - GTS. Moderate to good (sounding like the shipping forecast now)
8. MAF & Mrs MAF - GranSport moderate to high
9. Phil 4200 cc 2002 plus a lucky passenger.
10. allandwf + Mrs allandwf - 3200 AC. High but need to re rota work.
11. Safrane (peter) and one other. Car yet to be purchased. Likely to meet the convoy in Europe dependant on arrangements.
12. Chrisbassett + 1. 4200 Spyder - Good prospects of being there.
13. Roger + 1 (tbc) GranSport - Extremely interested all things being equal!
14. Rossyl + Mrs Rossyl - 4200 - Moderate to high.
16. Ewan + Alison, in (currently) either the Cup or the QP V. Firm decision to attend.
17. Ben + Sue - will do what I can to attend.
18. Steve M + ? Moderate to high
19. Frank FCZ360 + Clare - 90% (thought id change the forecast) in the gts
20. Robert & Glenis (Lady Stig), 3200AC, or maybe the 4200 if we still have it.

Hotel Real Fini Via Emilia... £60 per night including breakfast, no payment upfront, cancellation allowed right up to the day before arrival.

had idaes of shipping mine across until $6k for freight & $8k for continent insurance (Italy is a big neg.for insurance)

Cheaper to rent one :)

The Goodwood Revival looks set to be the weekend before, this in my opinion would make (as I suggested much earlier) the perfect location for the UK meet up and convoy departure location. It wouldn't take a great leap of faith to suggest it as a possible location for the UK Maserati celebrations even?

Newton. That is our plan...do they still offer a ferry from Newhaven to France?

I doubt Charlotte will put up with a mad dash to Italy and will expect a chance to enjoy Italy again not just Modena and Bolognia. ..potentially a stay in the lakes or Porta Fino

That's an impressive show of hands!! Looks like it could really be one to remember!!....

Let me give you a few more details, as the whole thing will need to be given some time to come together over the coming weeks and months.

There is every likelihood that the weekend will take on something of a rally / tour format, so there may be different locations for overnight accommodation.

What I understand from Roger in his correspondence so far, Maserati are planning to release further details in October, so let's see what this brings.

There will, in due course, be a website dedicated to the Centenary year and also the celebrations, which for Maserati and the dealer network will roll out from December this year onwards.

The annual international rally is usually organised through the owners clubs around the world, and although this is a special celebration, I think the roll of the OC's will still be an important contributing factor, and so we will need to liaise with the UK club as best we can and as far as they are happy to accommodate our participation.

An on-line registration system to confirm attendance has been mentioned, though how places (which may be limited; time will tell) will be allocated to club members and none club members still needs to be clarified.

What I need at the moment, and what you have been kind enough to post, is a basic level of interest, which I will pass back to Roger and from there back to Maserati. After that we will need to see what Maserati come back with.

Sorry, we have the dates, but the details are some way off yet, but one step at a time and we'll get there.
