Does anyone have both the FD DBW and the FD ECU that is going to dyno? I am curious to know what differences you gain?

I believe the added bonus part of all this, is the DBW enhancement...identical to FDs...minus the fitting of an actual physical module and all done at the ECU.....

To be honest Miles, my main priority is the extra power but if a fringe benefit/ bonus is a more aggressive gear change then i'll take it and thanks. It will be interesting to find out if it negates the need for another box with yet more electrical connections!

I do yes, and I paid £1200 for it and still happy. I think that it has changed the character of my car.
I will say that i do think that i would still like the FD DBW but its not nearly as important to me now with the remap and its not cheap with installation. I think that the FD sway bars would be a better use of money now for my 52 plate Spyder as it can feel a little wobbly especially now with the extra power !!
Nick have you had your car dyno'd independent of DMS? I am curious to know if the outcome would be the same. As I understand dyno's are very easy to manipulate and it is a fairly common practice to exaggerate gains. Certainly not saying DMS is doing this but with the increase in HP they are reporting it would be nice to independently verify. It's the scientist in me.
Anybody herd from DMS yet? now 2 day's since E-mail sent and not had anything back yet. I thought there should have been some acknowledgment from them by now.
D, as you get a before and after dyno read-out I would suggest that they are above board. Coupled with the fact that Nick can clearly tell that the performance is far better it all kind of adds up. I'm willing to believe!
