I think this 2½ hour video where she explains her life story, may give a clue as to why she only has two friends left. (I only watched a couple of minutes!)

Taken a long time ago, I just wonder if the disheveled look has been a longstanding cynical attempt to make himself look more acceptable, and to distract people from his privileged background.
