Yes, footwell is completely dry. I'm fairly sure it's the relay playing up, so will test that when I next get a chance

Thank you so much or the advice and pictures. I managed to replace the fuse in the NIT this morning and the radio is now working :) Hazards briefly worked after the radio coming back to life but have now stopped again!
