Sold - to me!

This car is now sold - to me!! Wasn't even thinking about selling my 4200 but mcarthy cars are just around the corner from me so I popped down to have a look first thing this morning. I recently changed my screensaver to a red gs as it looked fabulous. Looked at the real thing and just couldn't resist it! I love the cream interior of my 4200 but have to be so careful getting in and out and the seat edge is starting to go- the black tech interior is actually not as bad as I thought it would be but driving it just won me over! Everything about the drive is that much better than the 4200 and the look of the car is great. There was a guy before me very interested but needed to show them his part ex- there's interest on the other side and dealer said loads of interest, some from maser specialists so I agreed £24,500. Services all ok/ jo macari, greypaul etc, didn't bother with an independent test it has a short warranty with them and a years rac platinum for £500 which I think is good value. The previous owner traded it in for a discovery!! Bought it for £45k a year ago and only done 1k miles was the story - mileage backed up on paperwork.
So now I've got to sell my 4200- no idea what to ask so will put up some pics etc for suggestions!
Picking it up next sat after a couple of small things done - can't wait!

Thanks- I went down at 9 had a look around it and spoke to the dealer, said I would pop back later in the day for a test drive. As I left another punter turned up for a test drive. I waited till he got back and when I heard he needed them to give a part exchange value I knew I couldn't wait!
The paintwork is a bit swirly in the sunshine- looks like it's been cleaned with a Brillo pad, but nothing that a good detail won't get rid of. They said they would detail it but doubt if it will be a proper job. Very reluctant to drop price as has so much interest so happy with £500 off and a pair of new rear tyres.

I think it's an absolute stunner and couldn't understand why it wasn't snapped up earlier. Well done.

Congratulations YHTM! If the guy paid £45k for it a year ago, he got royally bummed! LOL!

Also, I reckon it was for sale at a garage called Towergold earlier this year, with a private plate on it. Sound about right?

Looks superd.....are you coming to Stanford Hall?

Bl**dy **** Woody - I must be losing my marbles - I saw the car in Towergold and took these pictures of it in February - completely forgot about that!!! That's serious dementia!
Towergold is in South Croydon near to where the previous owner lived - many of their cars are sold for customers on a commission basis - I think I couldn't justify £30k on another car so just forgot about it!

Hoping to make Stanford - if my carer is free too!
