I have really enjoyed my Alfa's - A couple of 164's, three 156's, a couple of 166's and a Brera. The current engines are not so great imo and I want rear wheel drive and a V8

Sold 3 cars through PH...Good place to start...To be honest Dem I'm in no hurry and don't want the hassle of selling myself so will give Chris a chance...

Andy - Have been checking out M5's myself, as trying to do the sensible thing and consider other options rather than just the Maser. Been doing that for years but I always end up going for the Italian option

Dougie, the M5 is a great car....in E39 form that is............Such a great car to have fun in and use every day.....

Yeah, I don't doubt it Andy - I was considering as a cheaper option to a QP but I just know that the Beemer would not have enough soul for me! I do around 8k miles p.a. so think an early QP will be doable for me.

QP is the way to go...Best 4 door on sale today...Passion, soul, style, performance........But I will say that the M5 is a very polished machine and certainly has something of that old 'M' magic lacking in the modern BMW...
