This one has been on my radar for a while but I was quite put off by the Cat N and getting a nil return for MOT history on the Reg that's shown in the pictures. I spoke to Granville this morning at W4 and he shed some light on the car which underwent a huge amount of engine out renovation at Scuderia in 2017, which resulted in an invoice for £28K! After that the car had some non-structural damage inflicted to the underside in June 2019, which the insurance company didn't want to repair so they wrote it off. The owner bought the car back off the insurer and had Scuderia remedy the underside damage in January 2020, and it's been in regular use since then. It's a 2001 car so I'm waiting on Granville to advise if it's OBDII amongst a few other things. 2 owners, the last for 16 years ... could be worth a look(?)

I saw that car on the ramps at Scuderia over a long period of time. I believe the owner was quite fastidious and happy to spend immense amounts of money on it. @voicey - can you shed any light on it when you were working there?

Could be a real bargain if you're like me and don't mind the sticker, **** the garage Queens and buy to drive, or drive to survive! ;)
I've never owned a garage queen yet and don't suppose that I ever will! It doesn't matter how old / classic my cars are, I like to use them! Can't see the point in just going out for 10 mile blasts on sunny days. I did a 1000 mile road trip to Scotland a while ago in my 50 year old MGB, got me there and back with no problem at all! ... I wonder if a 3200 would do that? Some on here seem to think not!
