Buy the hub bearing yourself, it will probably be one of the fronts. Plug in the new one, see if the lights go out. Try each wheel until it does.

Frankly if you don’t fancy tackling the relatively easy job yourself take it to any compitant garage and they will charge you 1-2hrs to replace it.

You need to drive the car at 5mph for the fault to clear, i know after changing my N/S/F and the ABS light remained until it was driven, i was a bit concerned...

So a lot of hassle if you change the wrong hub!

Then that could prove a problem unless you can tie it up somewhere on the test drive.

As far as i understand the ECU will need to see all wheels rotate at the same speed, so send the same signal, therefore it needs to be fully fitted and working correctly for ABS fault to clear.

ABS fault sorted today thanks to Phil and Kirsty at PK supercars in Elphinstone Edinburgh, fantastic customer service and a real passion for Maserati. Fault diagnosed to front OS wheel bearing. Wheel bearing replaced, faults cleared. One happy Maserati owner again.

Dale from Prestige Autoworks has just left my house after replacing the ABS/Hub on the front passenger side of my car. What a great guy who did a great job - I am so pleased to have found out about Dale on SM. Without a doubt, I shall use Dale for all of my Maserati servicing and fixes.
