You’ve clearly got the cardio side of it sorted. But you need some bigger weights than those under the TV!Here goes, chaps!
With a HIGHLY motivational video in the background to keep me going (Anna Tur, Ibiza DJ)
Got these too, but know what you mean - I really need one of those weight machines you see in gyms ...
Haha - no, my wife is responsible for the kettlebells/weights and the spinning cycle. The other equipment we’ve built up over the last 10 years or so, and we had the cellar converted into a gym about 3 years ago ...So are these all actually yours?

Lol Ewan - the discs in the pic are from my 13yr old daughter! That cage is perfect Jon. Just doing the big three of squats, bench press and seated shoulder press you can cover the key muscle groups.
You’ll soon need more disks than I can see in that pic, but it’ll be money well spent.
Back on track this week....
31st October - 85.2kg @ 25.2% body fat
7th November - 85.0kg @ 25.0% body fat
15th November - 84.4kg @ 24.9% body fat
22nd November - 84.7kg @ 24.7% body fat
29th November - 83.9kg @ 24.6% body fat
Overall, this means that in November, I’ve only lost 1.3kg, of which 0.9kg is fat, and 0.4kg is muscle. That’s not a massive difference, but if I look at it over the two months that I’ve been exercising and not drinking (much) I’ve lost a total of 5.1kg, of which 4.3kg is fat and 0.8kg is muscle
1st October - 89.0kg @28% body fat
29th November - 83.9kg @ 24.6% body fat
Plan for December is to maintain the exercise, to drink like a fish, and hopefully be below 85kg on New Years Eve.
Absolutely brilliant results, Jon - well done!Back on track this week....
