As above money, they are just selling themselves for the largest pot of cash. I guess Merc & Ferrari justify it as genuine marketing as those areas are likely to be their larger customers but still. Then again other sports Football, Golf and even governments all are happy to follow the path of money regardless of where it comes from.

Enjoyed the race yesterday. Good to see race for first and not the usual run away Max. Makes it all a bit more exciting.

F1 disqualification: Lewis Hamilton, Charles Leclerc penalised after FIA inspection

Hamilton and Leclerc have been disqualified from the United States Grand Prix due to a technical infringement.

The FIA undertook a plank wear inspection post-race, with irregularities identified.

Both cars were found to have excessively worn rear skid blocks.

Their respective disqualifications were confirmed roughly three hours after the completion of the race.

Same here. Dropped a place. Dan continues to chase Tallman though so could be interesting by by the last few races.

Interesting race, you wonder if Hamilton’s speed was correlated with his lower ride height as George didn’t have that pace. With the Ferrari’s it’s more difficult to tell as they were on different strategies. Below the adjusted points. The adjustment cost me 6 points but relative to my chasers I think I did ok - Still all to play for with 4 races and 1 sprint to go.

Perez beggars belief, you would have thought that with his experience it wouldn’t end up like this so many times. The Max factor must really spook his team mates, there is no other explanation. A bit like those playing against Tiger Woods, that usually didn’t go well either. Leclerc was lucky he didn’t have any adverse effects as it was quite a shunt. Tsunoda would also benefit from a bit more awareness and Stroll…well the less said the better.

Glad I chopped Perez in for Piastri now only Aston Martin 0 scored for me. And my poor predictions...

My results all over the place! 1st in US and last in Mexico I think!
Here's a nice F1 photo. Who is the driver?

Depending on where in the season it could be De Crasharis or Streiff. He looks tall so could be the latter.
