I have the non self adjusting lights. The left to right adjustment knob is in clear view. Is there another up and down adjuster or how is it done?
Thanks
Thanks
Its been a few years but I think it is adjusted by a turn screw on top of the motor that adjusts the beam to compensate for loads.
No not happened suddenly been like it since I bought the car. Changed the lamps and it has improved somewhat but the adjustment is clearly out on the N/s and yes the replacement bulb is in securely it was doing that with the old bulb too... my guess previous owner/mechanic made a hash of it lol
Slightly related.......off to Europe next week in the Spyder. Is it necessary to adjust the headlights for driving on the right? Because of the covers I presume you can't use those stick-on thingies???
Sorry for the thread revival my n/s headlight is pointing straight at the floor causing my dipped beam to no work so well I need to adjust to fix.
Is the adjuster screw in the inspection hatch in the wheel arch or on top of the light under the bonnet (like a "normal car")?
