4200 GT Heater Core / Matrix

Ok so my 4200 CC windscreen mists up / fogs when warm and parked, the interior smells 'musty' - but so far I am unsure if I am losing any coolant or not.
I have filled the tank to just over the internal baffles and will see how it goes - I suspect a new heater matrix is going to be needed fairly soon.

Question 1: Could this be something as simple as a blocked condensation drain hose?

and if it isn't and needs testing / examining

Question 2: I live in sunny Llandudno in sunny North Wales - Manchester or its surrounds would be my most likely garages for Maserati (Autoshield or JCH I think) - any suggestions / recommendations / personal preferences?

When buying I managed to get what on the face of it looks like a decent warranty which hopefully will cover so I have no plans on doing this myself! (even if I could)

The only pipe that can be blocked is your AC drain pipe , when was the last time you replace your PFilter .
Your welcome to call in any time and we can check if you have a block ac drain pipe .
