4200 Lambda Sensor front connections

Hi,

I have a bit of "dumb" question concerning the front lambda sensors and where they connect. I removed the sensors as
part of another job and stupidly thought that i didn't need to photograph/mark which sensor connected where - mistake!
Luckily, I found the following picture of the left hand connector from one of jagpurs posts:



My question is does the the cable marked in red connect to the left hand exhaust sensor or the right? Logic kind
of says it fits with the left but my fear of stuffing something up makes me wanna ask. Does anybody know off hand if
the sensor wiring crosses over or not under the car?

Maybe tonight and with the above photo it will become blatently obvious when i refit the left hand cat but with just the right
hand one fitted it wasn't so clear to me.

Hi Martin,

You have probably sorted this out for yourself by now but for the post I'm pretty sure that the right hand sensor goes to the right hand plug and visa-versa they dont cross over.

You are right, no crossover. It came clear to me when i got the second cat back on with the same routing as per your
photo. Seems to run fine at the moment but a longer blast is definately called for .....
