I have a friend who is after his first Maserati and is looking for a 4200. I thought I would ask if anyone has or knows of one for sale. He is at the lower end of the market....
Lower end of market usually spells trouble in one form or another.
If cheap, it is for a good reason and you could easily be forking out £4/5/6/K in first year to sort out, never mind ordinary maintenance, unless hes going to do work himself.
Try contacting bp72 as he will have his for sale soon... Grey with blue leather... Complete dealer and specialist service history with recent clutch... Hes currently sorting heater radiator leak and clock illumination.... Think it will be around £13.500-14.000 but the only one ive seen for sale where absolutely everything is documented on the ad.....
I'm looking at selling my 03 4200. I'm not looking to make a profit on it but looking to get what I paid. It's done about 84k with full Maserati service history with the exception of the last 2. The last service which I had done was by Gary at GT Autos in Burntwood a Maserati and Ferrari specialist. He said it was a good example for the age and mileage.
Bits I've had done include a SMALL sourced X-pipe, straight through rear pipes that sound truly epic. Also has SM sourced wheel spacers. PM me if you want to have a chat about it
