4200 with 4.7 engine( which gearbox F1 or manual)

Hi,
As in topic, what gearbox would you prefer in a 4200 with 4.7 engine?

Yet to see any 4.7 in a 42/GS!

A topic discussed a few years back.

The standard 4.7 is a wet sump and thus too tall to go straight in and will need converting to dry sump...or do you put the intervals of a 4.7 in the shell of a 4.2?

That was where the thread got to.

As for gearbox, stick with the cc it should take it.
