Yep, havent read but that the general feedback i'm getting.
(Apartments are relatively cheap compared to what we pay down here (regional towns just outside city centres)

(been scanning thru some of the agents links in the article u sent, yum!!! and prices for 2 bed. seem reasonable. Interesting, in the web front page, none mention car spaces which is something I would be looking for )
