Diametrically opposed to a Maserati but still classic Italian:laughing:

I picked up a version of you car's distant cousin, a 500 Twin Air yesterday. My OH loves those old 500s. She'll get one when she retires to pootle around in. on summer days.

Have fun with yours.

I'll look forward to seeing it chugging around Nantwich. Might it be an idea to put the Fiat 127 donk in it to pep up the performance?

Pop in to Autoshield. Marios restored one which is perfect, it sits behind the desk in the office. He'll help you out with anything you need I'm sure.

You may have to wait a while until it's in a fit state to chug anywhere - but part of the plan is to drop in the 126 650cc engine - it ups the power from 17-23bhp!!

I've seen Marios's and if I get 50% of the quality of that car I'll be a very happy bunny.

I'll probably post a few resto pics up as things progress
