AC head lining

I was surprised to find the interior head lining in Phil's AC (I know it is mine now, but you all know the car well) is not alcantara.
Is this standard on all Assetto Corsa models sold in the UK?
What may be considered another dumb question; are the wheel bolts on an AC the same as on a standard GT?
Am truly enjoying this forum; the wealth of knowledge, sense of camaraderie, and sustained good humour is infectious.
Looking forward to your comments,
Stephen.
PS. The car is currently undergoing compliance so pictures in the land down under will have to wait.

Hi mate, yep the standard head lining is a grey fabric. My wheelnuts are 22mm

Hope this helps.

same.
Fluffy headlining and rusty nuts. The nuts go with the wheels I think, so may differ to standard (10 spoke?) 3200 wheels, more likely to match 4200 nuts.

What ya been doing to your head lining? mine is very smooth no fluff. Rusty nuts was a no cost option.

Thanks guys,
Not the end of the world on either point.
Funny you should mention the rusty nut syndrome; I suppose that was obvious.
Having said that only a couple look ordinary.

Stephen

By fluffy I meant, "not alcantara" rather then gone bad. If it had gone bobbly I got a bobble-off for christams a few years ago which would sort it, either that or shave it. No such easy solution for the nuts.

Same problem occurs with Porsches - wire wool the nuts to get the rust off, give them a very light primer coat and then finish off with a standard silver alloy wheel spray from Halfords (or similar motor factor in AU). Should be good for a year or so and take care when you put them back on the car so as not the scuff the paint on the nuts (use a soft socket).

Get a spyder and keep the roof down. That way you don't have to worry about furry headlinings until you visit Spearmint Rhino!

Getting to the stage where im impatient , think the platers at Northampton will be getting a call , at £60 plus vat a pop (set) its not a wallet buster anymore for some plating to be done ............ i could try and get a bulk price to have them done all in on e go you will lose them for just under a week tho, mine lasted just under 3 years from when i had them done before pretty good quality tho
