I'm going to be a no show now I'm afraid.

Had my oil/fluid leak check and the car was making a horrible noise.
Turns out the clutch is f*cked!
New clutch required.

Bl00dy h*ll mate, sorry to hear that. I hope your luck is better with this one than the last

Better get Matthew to change the advert to 4999 happy customers rather than the 5000 quoted!

Matthew is nothing to do with ADG. That Alistair and David. I'm not unhappy, they just need to do the right thing and pay for the clutch.
I'm sure they will.
I've got a mate who is a solicitor if they don't! But Hopefully it won't come to that.

ADG sold my car with a clutch which lasted 2 weeks. It seems the same applies with this car, I told you they go about 40k miles ish and imo they should replace a clutch on any Maser unless there is proof that it has been done say 1 year ago or only a few k miles, I can bet that this is the original clutch.

I have had this discussion with a couple of dealers, indeed I had made what I thought was a reasonable offer on one provided they changed the clutch.. Apparently and I quote " You want your cake and to eat it",
My reply - Why should I pay for the clutch, as I have said before thats why there are so many aroung at £40k ish with low 30's miles. Owners are offloading as trade in/up and dealers are trying to pass onto punters....not me chef!!!
Feel for you Mark, rotten luck.

Of course, I forgot he is Giallio
I hope you get it sorted, but you could probably do without the hassle

Feck sake, Mark, bollox. Sorry to hear that. The good news is your car will drive sooo beautifully with a new clutch. Good luck getting it paid for - doesn't seem unreasonable, just make sure they change all related parts at the same time.

Frank - WTF?

Anyway, all, have a great evening. Sorry to miss you.

It is what it is. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 covers me.
That states up to 6 months, that if anything goes wrong with the car the dealer has to repair or replace.

It's quite succinct, so there are no grey areas.

Matthew at Giallo will be doing the work so everything will be done that needs doing.

You had me worried for a moment mark! I thought it'd be the 3200 to the rescue taking us to Le Mans

Bad news in all seriousness, I hope you can get it sorted will little drama.

Jkulin, you have a *really* interesting way to get to the M1!!!

I know the Satnav in these are not great, but surely they are not *that* bad :lol2:

Great to see many friendly faces. And Benny. ;)

Great turn out, awful food and some light hooliganism with Zep on the way home. Great evening

C

(PS Ace Cafe is still ******* deplorable!)

Well they say a sign of a good day out is the time flies and it certainly did today.

Another cracking turn out with mixed weather.

Thanks Dem for your hard work organising.

See you all at the next on in July.

Yep, some great moments, lots of detailing talk and some new faces. I've doubled my Maserati miles this year today! Must use it more.
