You just split the wires and wire both to the same Ecu outlet. They will mirror and move identically.
If they are CAN bus then its not that simple, its a two way intelligent communications system, with commands and responses driving everything. So you need two cables and two sets of communications. You could just join the transmit lines and ignore the responses from one of them I guess but it would be pretty clunky, and the ECU would reject any incorrect responses so it would need to be coded to match the original exactly. I suspect this is a custom set up top to bottom, and probably is to increase output.

To me this would only make sense if the new manifold had variable intake runners. The stock 4200 engine with very long intake runners is built for low end torque, as befits a GT, and "runs out of breath" at high rpms. (Also there's the fact that Ferrari reserved high end performance, and variable length runners, for the F430.) So does this setup have variable length intake runners???
