they can be expensive to run but there is some good ones out there, they are better than the Testarossa though.

Agree with that Dem........90k for a car that was a bus to drive compared to what you can get now and its not even pretty to make up for it.

Wierd thing is they aren't actually that big. 5mm wider than a 458, and actually shorter by 5 cm, and it even weighs less than a 458!!

They looked vast in their day.

i think i would take a 355 over a Granturismo Dem as i dont think the GT is worth the difference over a nice GS.

Could have both for the 90k they want for the ugly Ferrari........355 weekends GT everyday car....Think thats where Dem was coming from.

Whether it is a waste of money depends on your viewpoint I guess, if you want a mechanically straightforward seriously quick car capable of embarrassing a lot of younger traffic I can see the appeal. They are a league apart from Testarossas which are a road car I really like (sorry, it's my age), and why a TR can be safely yours for £35k but you'll need double that to get a 512.

They have quietly become many Ferrari drivers' track car of choice. Ok so they aren't beautiful, but that doesn't mean they aren't good.

they aint a desirable car.....at that money will never get your money back and the running costs....
