Another nice 3200 write up in new C&SC

Just had a browse at the latest Classic & Sports Car and they have a page on the 3200 as part of a GT 'shoot out'. No final verdict on the four contenders as far as I could see but they clearly liked the Maser, saying that the £20,000 price for a top one is bordering on criminal (as in criminally low!).

All grist to the mill for us owners...!

I read this last night, it's only a page, but a great concise description of the car.

Straight off the bat it describes the 3200 as Feral!

I think it nicely captures the edge this car has compared to big Aston Martin, Jag and BMW's of the same era and price point.

A reasonable BMW 850 CSI costs 3x the price of a good 3200
It's 10 years older, the interior is ugly and it's not a real 4 seater.
Production numbers were 1500 over its life, so not exactly super rare stuff.

The prices on 3200 can only go up.

I always get shocked when I see all the Ford gear in a DB7 especially the cheap Ford Orion key
