I suppose nobody knows, but those folks who do have a reaction, are they the same group who would potentially have a hard time if they caught Covid?

I think probably the opposite. Most people I know that have felt poorly afterwards (mainly phiser, but some AZ) are people without underlying conditions. Maybe a strong immune system response causing them to feel unwell.
Interestingly, my sister in-law who's a nurse, said that she had quite a lot of colleagues that had to have time off from work after they were vaccinated due to feeling quite unwell. Most of whom suspected they had already had covid early in the pandemic.

Would make sense that if you already had antibodies, that you might get a stronger response.

My unqualified opinion says you may well be right Sam. I'm 38 odd hours after and nothing more than the light headedness yesterday morning, injection point is nothing more than a gnat bite say.

Had mine teatime yesterday and aching all over this morning. Bit flu-like.

On another note Mrs booked her first jab last night on NHS site. She's 52 (says 55 and up on site).

In for this afternoon and loads of time slots available.
