ASDA Lorry driver of the year 2011

I'm organising the South West ASDA driver of the year competition which will take place at Chepstow race course on Saturday July 23rd.....The day is to decidde what Asda driver will go forward to the final at Bruntingthorpe in August......

The day sarts at 1100 with the drivers driving a course which they will be given points to decide the winner...........This goes on to around 15:00....

There will be some children attractions...go carts, bouncey castle etc...as well as the fire brigade and police.....Its not a big event but atrracted around 50 people last year and this year we are expecting around 60/70...

So...why am I doing a thread on this......Its a long shot but thought about trying to get a static display of Maserati and any other performance car that may like to come along.....The cars would be there for people to look around and then maybe a few passenger rides in between the competition up and down the are weare doing driver of the year.....

I not promising you an amzing day but you will get a lunch bag and then a free BBQ at the pub by the race course after the event........You will also get the chance to drive a Scania artic as well around the course..

It may be an opportunity to have a sort of meet.......Not expecting loads but if you fancy coming along then please let me know........
