Hello all, has anybody got any experience of buying a car from this dealer? I'm pretty sure I've read something but not sure what or where!
They seem to have a pretty good selection of cars but their business model is a bit strange ie full payment before a test drive.
Cheers.

Yes I've seen a few interesting cars they have for sale.
Following the shenanigans of Specialist Cars of Malton, it is difficult to trust many independents.

Jeez, really?
They'll be asking you to bring your own petrol and tyres next!
And to valet it after!

Certainly got some nice cars for sale.
When I bought my Ferrari 360 the first time I drove it was away from the Dealer out of his showroom.
It made sense to me as we had good trust and I knew what I was buying and his reputation was 100%.

Used to be sort of accepted in the bike world but it's a bit different there.

With the Continental he just gave me the keys. No credit card, no driver's licence or anything. He didn't even know where my Jaaaaaag was or ask me to leave the key <shrug>

Same with me when I viewed my Ghibli. Little dealer in Sheffield working from home. Nice guy and the cars he had for sale where immaculate and ready to drive away. Warranty with warranty direct too.

They are fine until something goes wrong. Then the accusations start against the new owner.

Be careful. I’m in the market for a QPVI GTS they have one but sketchy history and no pictures under the bonnet. They sent me pictures but clearly hadn’t been looked after so I left it.

Thanks for the comments folk. It all comes down to buyer beware! Issues happen but the measure of any good business is how they deal with them.
I bought a 2017 C63 a few months ago from a MB main dealer with 2 year AMG warranty. This was unseen and had it transported up. A good price but quite frankly nowhere near the standard I expected.
Loads of BS later and work that had it out of use for a month, I moved on to WBAC.
