Before I go on, I have NO connection to Autofficina, in case you are wondering...!
I just called them up with a question about my Gran Turismo - the easiest response, from their stand point, would have been for me to have taken the car in and for them to look at it, but....they were VERY attentive and patient on the phone and seemed not just knowledgeable, but genuinely interested in answering my question.
Now this may be the norm, but it is the second time that I have dealt with them, and they could NOT have been more friendly and helpful, on both occasions. Recommended.
If anyone is interested, that is!
