Finally back in a Maserati after nearly two years away! 2015 Granturismo Sport Auto. It’s in Grigio Alfieri which is the colour I originally wanted. I’ve had the car four weeks, but had a holiday for two of them. Few little bits left to do before I’m happy. Instagram edited pics below…..

Looks lovely Jules, looks like you’ve lowered the rear already.
Yes correct. I’m tempted to send my original springs to a place I’ve used in the past in Sheffield to have new springs made up to a slightly different spec. Or Faulkner is the other option. I’d then go 25/10 as I think this is perfect.

I take it the awful stance of the GT out the factory has been sorted on yours as it looks brilliant in the side on pictures. The rear and front gap in the arch looks the same instead of the rear being higher than the front. Every GT should look like yours. Stunning.

Yes I’ve added lowering springs on this and my previous Granturismo. I know it can be frowned upon, but I totally agree about the arch gap, the rear is massive. On the Stradale it sits lower, so isn’t really a problem to do the same on a Granturismo.

Looks perfect where as standard it is far from perfect in that department. Even the Stradale is higher at the back than the front but no so much as the standard car. How Maserati looked at that and thought it looked right is anyone’s business.
