Hi guys,
It’s been a long while since I have been on the forum.
i have been very busy with my Land Rover series and defender addiction, which has been all consuming for the past 18months…
So much so that even my F430 and recently acquired F12 have been getting very little attention.
I have been toying with the idea of getting rid of a couple of land rovers (currently owning 4 of them) and get back to the Maserati fold.
Having already owned a granturismo in the past (pre facelift), I am tempted to get another one - post 2013 facelift this time.
My only concern at this stage is rusted chassis. So many horror stories I have heard of from my Ferrari specialist.
Else than doing a PPI, how do I spot rust on the subframe / chassis?
Any thoughts on how to get those cars protected? (Please don’t mention the horrible stuff I put on my Land Rover eg waxoil/dinitrol/lanogard)
