Well that's me done folks, the car has gone today in a part exchange deal. It has been a fun 6+ years of Maserati ownership with some incredible memories that will stay with me for life.

I have popped some parts for sale in the relevant sub forum with a couple more small bits to come as I clear out the garage.

Bella Ciao to my baby blue Maserati.

Good luck Shoghi, It's been a pleasure meeting you the few times we have, perhaps our paths will cross in the future, and good luck with your new steed, such a shame that after all your hard work on the Maser you had to call it a day, but there comes a point when enough is enough.

Where did the time go, seems like yesterday we were trying to swap out your back boxes.
Always liked the sound of your 4200 oh and the colour.
Best wishes on the new motor:)

Good luck Sir. It was great to meet you on a couple of occasions and I will always remember that shocking parking outside of Hotel De France. :p
Keep in touch here. :thumb3:

You never lose the memories and not many people can say that they have owned a Maserati so you're in a Special Club.
Loved my adventures of looking after two 4200 Coupés over 8 years.
Now excited about finding a QPV.
As the others have said Good Luck and keep checking in :)

Thank you for all the kind messages guys, no doubt I'll still log on now again... as a good friend of mine from this forum says, it's like Hotel California "once you check in; you can't check out"... You can look forward to my occasional musings on F1 and geopolitics lol.

It has been great meeting everyone over the years at the various car shows, certainly have walked away from Maserati ownership with some great friends who have helped me out through the good and bad times.

Wishing you all the very best with future automotive exploits. I let mine go last year, but still pop in and out of the forum from time to time. :drinks:
