I'd be up for this ... However would need to get away at around 3.30pm to get back to Warwick for Saturday night service. Hopefully our expansion into the next door property will be open for Easter so will definitely need to be on hand.

Hi Catalan3200,

Once the cars are in place, vehicular movement is restricted until around 1600 Hrs. Time will then be needed to allow for dispersal.

Regards,

Paul

I got out before 4pm the year before last, we were down by the ring road though so much easier to 'escape'; fantatic day this is!!

Not been for years, we used to go every year but finding babysitters for the smalls is always difficult. I might have a word with the inlays and see what they say.

It's great to stop the night before, strangely there is a premier inn or travel lodge in the city centre with an underground car park which was always a handy place to hide the SZ the night before.

5. Steve.M - Count me in. Corn Street will be fantastic this year with Maserati's being the featured marque. I managed sneak off slightly earlier last year but that was mainly as a result of offering to Marshall and positioning my car nearest the exit! Paul (The Organiser of the event) is always looking for Marshalls on the day.

Maybe I'll visit but not display my car so I can get away sharpies before everyone else decides it's time to go

The marshalls do a brilliant job there getting the cars parked safely, and every body in and out, i don't think it would be a problem :)

The consolidated list to date. Please add your names below.

Given that this event falls on the Easter weekend I have made my accommodation arrangements early. I have booked the Grand Thistle Hotel, Broad Street, BS1 2EL for two nights Friday 18th and Saturday 19th April. To give an idea of costs I have noted the advance purchase non-refundable prices per room per night. For two people sharing on a room only basis expect to pay around £84 per night. Bed and breakfast £101 per night. Dinner bed and breakfast £126 per night. Parking is permitted in the adjacent multi-storey car park and this costs £8 per night. I like the facilities, the central location and the convenience of this hotel but of course there are many others to choose from.

Regards,

Paul
