Black out the chrome window trim

Hi guys. Like alot of people here, i have a black gt s with a chrome window trim. Have anybody had this chrome window trim blacked out using vinyl or similar. Was it worth it. Does the car look alot meaner, sportier etc?? Am i wasting time and potentially money and is it better to leave it as it is?

I do prefer the dark trim......I would imagine you could just buy new trim from Maserati and get it changed over.........What ever you do I think it will look good and as you say mean.

Just kidding, I think the chrome gives a nice contrast to the rest of the car.

saw a post on this on the US maseratilife forums (http://www.maseratilife.com/forums/granturismo/16547-shadowline-matte-trim-photos.html) , had pictures of black Gt with blacked out chrome, this is the link to the US site with the vinyl wrap material http://shadowlinetrim.com/, also found it for sale in Uk on EBay.

You could have it easily done in vinyl that way if you don't like it you can simply remove it.

When I was a signwritter and car graphics guy back in the early 90's we used to do bumper inserts all the time, its very straight forward to do.
